Unbounded Psychotherapy and Consulting beliefs are rooted in the assumption that everyone is in recovery from something and that all human beings inherently have the capacity to heal self. We support individuals in exploring, identifying, and building compassion for all parts of self allowing them to heal. We acknowledge that every human being has unique needs and tailor services to best support and empower individuals on their recovery journey. About Amanda
Amanda is a licensed independent clinical social worker and licensed drug and alcohol counselor. Amanda served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard as a medic for six years. Amanda’s therapeutic perspective is strongly influenced by Internal Family Systems, a non-pathologizing approach. She utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing and is trained in EMDR. Amanda specializes in supporting people in exploring their relationship with alcohol/drugs as well as other common challenges including trauma, relationship concerns, infidelity, anger, and anxiety. She approaches therapy with intentionality, creativity, and humor to create a space that supports your individual healing.
